NOW LETS TALK MONEY

Our client needed help to promote money advice services to people at greatest risk of financial exclusion, in a regional deprivation ‘hot spot’.

We created an integrated, year-long Now Let’s Talk Money campaign including advertising, film, public relations, text messaging and direct mail to break down the taboos of talking about money.

Regular features in the organisation’s magazine were supported by newspaper and radio advertising and monthly direct messaging to promote the range of services on offer.

As a result of the campaign activity:

  • 92 people requested further information and an appointment to discuss benefits entitlement
  • 64 people requested information about opening a basic bank account
  • 69 people requested information about low cost home contents insurance

  • 76 polices taken up over the 12 months
  • 27 people requested help to get into employment or training
  • 93 people requested information about the new Christmas Savings Club - with 30 people joining to date
  • 139 people requested information about low cost loans
