BIRMINGHAM CITY COUNCIL
The council commissioned us to run a branded communications campaign and support its work in advance of an Audit Commission inspection of strategic housing services.
We conducted a strategic analysis and access and communications audit – identifying possible gaps and exploring options to create coherent messaging and visual identity. We then created a stylised communications sub-brand to boost internal recognition of departmental documents - including staff newsletters which focused on the impact of services on individuals.
The inspection attracted a two-star rating with excellent prospects for improvement, reflecting significant amounts of work and achievement by our client. Equally we were proud to play a role in designing and communicating information which was recognised as of a high quality.
