Nicola is The Bridge Group’s managing director. She has led the team’s development and growth since completing a management buy-out in 2001, and headed up the recent merger with VU Creative.

Nicola has supported more than 300 organisations. Her background includes overseeing major regeneration projects, developing qualifications for a national membership body and acting as communications adviser to the UK’s first community gateway. She has also headed a regional supported housing team, managed operations for a regional housing association and worked for one of the midlands’ first home improvement agencies.

A Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Housing, Nicola holds a public administration honours degree and is an active member of the Academy for Chief Executives. Areas of particular expertise include business growth and planning, facilitating strategic debate and marketing strategy.
