Michelle has worked at our agency for six years. A former reporter with local, regional and national experience, she holds a first-class honours degree in journalism and is NCTJ and CIPR qualified.

A talented copywriter, Michelle writes with precision, clarity and sparkle. Her work ensures that client values and commitments are clearly conveyed, whether she’s writing a news story, scripting an advert or crafting an award entry.

She has worked with local authorities, housing associations and their contractor partners, and has facilitated several community-led editorial panels (resulting in both ‘resident approved’ standards and printed output).

Michelle currently serves on the board of a housing provider based in north-west England.
