Ian leads our in-house engagement consultancy team. He has nearly 25 years’ experience in housing, community and consultancy work; specialising in customer involvement and communications.
A former operations director with a south-eastern housing association, Ian is hugely experienced in every aspect of customer and stakeholder engagement. He has developed resident involvement strategies, designed and run all kinds of consultation and research and set up resident mystery shopping and inspection projects for clients throughout the UK.
Ian is also a creative and effective trainer who can deliver learning and development for individuals and groups on anything from writing skills to managing stress. He is particularly interested in using digital technology to empower and engage people and communities.
