The Bridge Group has researched, written and designed this report for the PlaceShapers Group - a national membership body of 70 housing associations committed to local services, community focus and customer influence.

The report includes 16 inspirational case studies of how PlaceShapers housing associations make things happen and deliver great community value.

The report coincides with the Decentralisation and Localism Act being passed and was launched at a special reception hosted by Greg Clark MP, Minister for Decentralisation and Cities.
